- How long is the delivery time?
I produce all embroideries in my small studio in Amsterdam. I do my best to send your order within 5-11 business days after the order is confirmed.
I will inform you as soon as your order leaves my studio.
- Do you ship in my country?
The studio currently delivers to Belgium, France, Germany & the Netherlands with a track and trace number.
If your country is not in the list, do not hesitate to contact me.
The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.
- Can I change the delivery address?
Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, this will be possible, otherwise unfortunately not.
